Burgess Modern + Contemporary is proud to announce two of their represented artists, Gabriel Delgado and Rex Hausmann will be featured in the newest group exhibition at The Sheen Center for Thought and Culture titled, An American Story: Friends, Families & Stories.
This unique group exhibition is an intimate tribute to the special relationships formed both inside and outside the art world. Paying homage to friends and family who have helped form each other’s creative and spiritual journeys - the artworks featured not only reflect Hausman's own personal narratives but also those of his peers, colleagues, and friends like artist, Gabriel Delgado, who showcases a new conceptual mathematical equation that highlights the importance of unconditional love and support for friends and family with a theme of rising tides raise all ships.
An American Story: Friends, Families & Stories reminds us of the power of friendship and family - and our shared need for belonging. The exhibition presents a powerful reminder that human friendships are some of our most valuable assets.
