Gabriel Delgado uses his new artworks as an avenue and catharsis to move through and navigate through he and his wife's journey, as he donates one of his kidneys to her, after her kidney failure earlier this year.
His new work is a testament to the enduring strength of love, the indomitable human spirit, and the incredible lengths we are willing to go to protect and care for those we hold dear.

Love is an abstract concept of human emotion. Love is a range of strong and positive emotional and mental states - attachment. Human kindness and compassion, affection, intimacy, passion, commitment all play a role in this wonderful experience. Love is patience. Love releases chemicals in the brain that stimulate the brain’s pleasure center, releasing dopamine and serotonin, as well as other hormones. Love is the most intense human feeling in life. Love is to hold someone dear. In Love, you need to listen to them. In Love you need to make yourself vulnerable. In Love you need to forgive them. In Love you need to apologize. In Love you need them to show affection. Love is unconditional, Love is affection, Love is acceptance, Love is commitment, Love is calmness, Love is respect, Love is caring, Love is kindness, Love is friendship, and Love is consideration. Love has no end, there is no yesterday, there’s no tomorrow; it goes for infinity. Love is beyond the turmoil of thought. Love is unconditional acceptance of the ones we love. Love is Love. ❤️
